Once more for the late planners ......... always a great day, with a good crowed of HCS members, come out for a free breakfast and few spins on some new Yami's, even bring your own sled, as many of the lads do some small local loops between rides through out the day .......... trail conditions are great in this area.

Right in Port Perry there's also the huge open air ice rink on Scugog, meticulously maintained by Scugog Marina, so if you wish to bring the fam up and keep everyone happy ..... perfect day to do it

I'll try to cook the motor on my 11 year old triple tomorrow on PPSC trails so that I have to buy a new sled.

I'm sure everyone wants to jump on the NytroFX....but unless some ATV ripped up Nutters trails, the Nytro will suck wind. It is like Polaris's RR. It has to be rough or it sux riding it.

Gets dibs on a Vector or an Apex. The vector is very nice. The Apex has power but you can feel the weight.

Had to change plans, logistically everythingwas set up, but the wife needs to be home for work monday, and I'm giving some newbies a snowmobile ride on tuesday (they are in Belleville) so the original plan was to stay down for most of the week.......but thanks to the wife returning to work, I made the command decision to ride from home this weekend , sorry Rick and PPSC crew, will try my best to meet up with you peeps another time!!!

I was planning on comming out - but now that I have been on TV I'm not sure if having to sign autographs and such all day won't take away from my time to ride. Mabey I'll just come disguised so I can blend in with the crowd.

There will be lots of room right at the club house Blackstar, if you come early enough, I'm thinking by around 11-12ish it'll road side parking, which is no problem. Yesterday they were lined up Russel Rd to just about Shirley rd by noon

I had a chance to ride a few of the new sleds yesterday at Deerhurst, to be honest i was kinda disapointed, all the hype and good reports on the Nytro were a crock of shit... yes it's a cool looking sled, but certainly not worth the $$, I thought for 130ish HP it would have more balls then it did, I found it kinda boring even through a few rough spots. I also tryed the Apex LTX, now that was a bit more fun, at least it had some power, actually lots of power, and it hooked up awesome too even without studs, still a heavy tank, but for someone who wants a sled that will run 115 all day, and is decent in deep snow, it's a wicked sled... Now if the Yamaha Folks put the Apex motor in the Nytro, then they might be onto something that would live up to all the hype.

Had to crank up my springs after the free brekkie.

Sleds and trucks for as far as the eyes could see.
