We just got back from Advanced Dyno with the final results on the latest engine build at Hurricane Racing. After some tuning with durability in mind,we made 500.0hp and 306lb torque at 30 lbs boost with a 2lb spike at the end of the dyno run. Very happy with the results and thanks to Cliff at Advanced Dyno Service.

so, is this more power than you had when you made the 177 mph run.

and for the guys that havent seen this sled, its a full bodied sled doing open mod speeds.

Yes,this is about 100hp more then we had last year. I hope to get ice soon to try it out

do you think it will be enough to break the 180 mark?
huricane
I think so,,I'll be in North Bay this weekend testing

Hi Dave. Those are pretty impressive #s. Hope you make it down to the the Bay. We wre out testing last Sun. and the track was AWESOME. Claude has lenghtened it considerably. You should have more than enough shut down area this year. See you soon.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again. We had a great time last year.

Hi
I'm still working on the other motor due to the time that I'm putting into the sled getting it dialed in.I have been doing some testing in North Bay.It makes alot of power and I'm learning to harness all that power.I've been braking alot of things along the way but it's coming along. So far we've gone 172.1 mph in 2000ft and there's alot more in it . It's been tough this year because we've had no local ice to test on till just lately.I'll be in Constance Bay on Sunday testing.

Hi Dave and Elaine. Are you going to be coming up for the last race in the Bay?? Missed you guys at Rocky's, heard your parts didn't come in time. Long term weather forecast looks good so far. Hope you can make it . Lise and Dan( team SRX )
