i found a 1985 ski doo formula plus with 583 rave motor i offered guy 400$ he sayed he would take that know bad part he sayes it needs a new track old one blew and he got another track put it on but its to long other thing seat has small hole other then that its pritty good he sayed think i should go lower or is 400$ good should be a pritty good base for a restoration. il post pics up on saturday when he sends them to me

sounds like a basket case sled.
583 is not original motor, 521 was original for that sled.

so the 583 runs he sayed so it dont really much matter and he sayed it was a brand new track so i might beable to sell it on here or ebay to get cash for 114" track

if the guy put a 121 track on a sled that used a 114 track, it makes you wonder what other intelligent things he's done to it while he's owned it?
does he have the 521 exhaust pipe on the 583 motor?
