Butthanger
Hello my name is Bob, my User Name "Butthanger" is a Speed Shop term we used in the old days for a guy who hung around the speed shop all day long on a Saturday. So I thought I'd dust it of and use it. I just bought my first sled today. I have ridden a few times over the years (I'm 52) on friend's sleds and have had some fun. I'd drag raced cars since I was 17, my wife, son and I have Harleys, I'm into boating, flew airliners for a living at one time... Generally if it has an engine, I'm hot rodding it. After my 3.5HP lawnmower died I bolted a 6.5HP in its place. During the day I torture myself in the computer business.

I have a buddy who in the last couple years has bought himself 4 sleds and he's been telling me I needed more engines in my garage. So Today 1-23-08 After a lot of cajoling I bought a 2001 ZR800 modified with a 144" mountain track, D&D muffler and Clutch. The other fun I guess I will find out.

Since I live in South Dakota, I'm hoping to get out to my second home in the Black Hills and do a little riding. Usually I only get to enjoy the Hills on the scooters. I'm hoping you guys will give me a warm welcome and assist in keeping this modified piece going in the right direction. So far its gone from a trailer to the garage. With a few clothes purchases I hope to adiquately scare myself this weekend. If I cant scare myself, I bought the wrong sled. Sincerely, BOB

you've come to the right place, but be warned that you will prob start catching shit soon for the aftermarket muffler by people who forget that this is a free country.

the aftermarket muffler
