Full Version: EEL POUT....Whose coming? Feb 15-17..walker mn
Me and a buddy are coming up late Friday night. Haven't decided if we're bringing sleds up yet or not. We;ll be staying in Hackensak at the Owl's Nest. How's the snow up there and how is the ice on Walker Bay?

Theres alot of ice.
Snow on the trails isnt very good in some spots, lots on the lake though.
I hope we get more snow by then.
What the hell is Eel Pout?
Is it worth sledding over there or is it too crazy? By that I mean would one be better off going over by truck and not worry about the sleds because of all the people and alcohol? Always heard it is a good time but have never been.

Its up to you, i will be on my sled. since i live 10miles away and its easier to get around on a sled.
It will be a good time. I will be at the rugby games most of saturday so if you see a black AC 600 with some hcs stickers on it, come say hi.
