Anyone out there have their ice fishing shack hooked up for satellite TV? I tried mine this weekend and has some difficulty finding the signal. Once I did recieve it I completely lost it around 7:00pm and never got it back. What I am wondering is what do you use to help find the signal. I try setting the dish up to the cordinates given by the receiver but some times still don't have any luck. Have any of you used one of these satellite signal finders? Are they any good?

There should be a signal meter in the menu options on the receiver.

I am aware of the signal meter on the receiver but I am wondering if any of the inline meters have a wider range. This would let me know if I am at least in the ball park. The receiver only tells me when I am very close and that very fine tuning is necessary from then on. The hardest point for me is knowing where the dish is pointing. I would like to know if I need to go up, down, east, west or so on not just if i have a signal or not.
