Depending upon snow, My wife and I are going to have a snowmobile party on January 26th. Bonfire, Hotdogs, Chips, Snowmobiling, sleding etc. etc. etc.... We usually do groups of short rides around the different loops on the Fourflagssnowmobileclub trails near us. We are just down the road from the M-51 Staging area. If you are on the trail and you get to White St. Head West until it dead ends into M-51. Turn right and we are the second house on the right. Would like to meet some of the HCS riders out there. We will also be using the caboose's for giving smaller kids rides. Hope to see you.

Bridgett and Joe.

Weather outlook looks good for the snowmobile party on Saturday. With all of the new loops on the FourFlags trail system it should be fun. Would like to see some HCS's stop by and warm up by the fire.

Snowing pretty good for a couple of hours now. Hope it keeps piling up!!!! 2:00 p.m. is locked in and we look to have a lot of fun. This is our way of giving snowmobile fun to our kids. They are still too young to take on our big trips up north, so we have this party to take them on a bunch of short rides here locally. Hope to see ya..

Mapquest puts you right on our house. We are about 4-5 miles North of the M-51 staging area. We are about 2 miles south of where the trail crosses M-51 by the trail split to go north or to Old Tavern Inn in Sumnerville. Easiest way to get here is when you get to White street on the trail (It crosses the train track there) head west until White street dead ends into M-51. Turn right and we are the second house on the right.

Hi Animal,
Party still on?
Flight and I were thinking of riding Niles today.
But keep hearing bad trail reports can you enlighten us?
If trails are decent I still want to come up with my son.
I never have rode the Niles trail so be something different.
Are trail permits availible close by?
Thanks

Trail permits are available at the Bungalo Bar on US12 in Galien if you come to niles that way. Here's a map of how to get to Joe's house from US31 and US12. When you clik on the map picture, it will open in a different window. Then click on it again to zoom in. It's the second driveway past White Street on the right.

I'll be there to with my 4 and 11 year old.

Not sure on conditions, but we know a few off trail areas to play around in.

Trails are ok. There is a lot of traffic out there, so I don't know how long they will hold up. Party is on!!!! Like lakeeffect said, there are a lot of off trail areas we can go and ride.

Party went really good. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who came. Those who didn't, maybe next year. It snowed for awhile during the party and that helped things quite a bit. Until next time, Let it Snow...

Hey Joe! I just wanted to say thanks for publicly inviting all of us to your house to party. That was pretty cool of you to invite us. Especially people you don't even know. I did not get the chance to come up and hang out this time because I had just got back home form a 4 day UP trip. I do plan on attending another party one of these day's. Thanks again.

Your welcome. My wife was a little nervous about having people over we don't know, and I was a little myself. We figured this was a chance to try and get to know some of the faces behind the names. We still have a lot of winter left and a lot of snowmobiling to do.

Thanks for the public invite, i had a banquet to go to otherwise i would have came up. I thought about coming to niles on sunday but figured all the snow was beat to death. My sled has,nt even been started in about a month and it sucks.
