I have heard and read a lot of things in regards to how to get more speed out of the 2001 Polaris XC 120. I have one with the gov bypassed that goes real well, but sounds like it is about to explode! Of course, they dont want to ride the slower one! Wondering what people have had success with......
I have them in someones garage and he is waiting for me to decide what I want done to them.
Is the bypass only enough?
Do I need to tame it down to save the motor?
Gears, Clutches??

you need to go to the recmotorsports website and re clutch and re gear it dropping to the #35 chain and sprocket. also get thier powerup kit.there is a link here somewhere.cost you 200-300 bucks but makes all the difference
