Which trails specifically are you looking for? Here's a link to Trackshare (Manitoba GPS Forum), which was originally set up as a GPS track sharing forum. I imagine they are mostly quad trails, but you might be able to find some snowmobile/shared-use tracks you can upload to your GPS
