Just Thought I would throw this out there. There could be major trail damage from this week and the VT. clubs may need help for trail clean up and repairs. Bridge wash outs, Trees down??? If we can't ride PERFECT time to HELP???????

I was thinking about heading out to check for tree falls, but not enough snow for the sled and Im afraid tha ATV will not be appreciated at this time,..might have to wait till things set up again, some snow falls, and things Ice over, a few weeks at the earliest Im afraid.

no complaints here if you want to cut some trees that across trails. Real burns my butt to have people out riding stop by our house to tell us trees are down and "they" don't stick around to help! appreciate the help especially since physically I can't help out this year. weeza

I snowshoed a few miles of trails this weekend and they were in pretty good shape. Lots of little stuff but nothing major. I cut up a few bent ones that were going to fall soon, but no big ones across on the trails I walked

It really would be nice for the clubs to get more people stepping up to help out...if you have an afternoon or an hour give your local club a call and let them know you are willing to go out and walk a trail with a saw in hand...I know they would appreciate the help. Thanks for the thread!
