Snow Dawg
I was wondering if anyone knows if there is enough snow for any riding in Rutland County for this weekend. I haven't been able to get up higher to check out the trails and was hoping someone who is there could comment Thanks in advance. Sure am glad I was able to get out last weekend before the warm weather moved in!!!

There won't be much if any riding around this part of Central Vermont (Waitsfield) this weekend. We got hammered with 3 days of 60 degree temps, rain and strong southerly winds and it is supposed to rain again tomorrow. There is open water and mud everywhere. I would recommend waiting until it gets cold again and we get some much needed snow.

I would also like to know if there is enough snow for Martin Luther Weekend. (Stockbridge area)

Most trails in this areaa are "closed" untill conditions allow........Dont know if its on the VAST website, but you might want to check.

Alot of clubs are closing their trails due to conditions....... cry.png

Everyone should just make alternate plans for the weekend until things drain, freeze and get more snow. No sense ruining someones lawn or field and getting a trail shut down for some crappy riding. Maybe we will be back at it next weekend. I know the Barre area is shut down until better weather.

Forecast for tommorwcalls for up to an inch of rain, so even if thetrails are passable now, which they aren't, there won't be much left for this weekend. I hear we may get a Noreaster Sunday night/Monday morning.

Snow on top of MUD, just what we all need, NOT......
