Im hoping to find some drag racers here? I found an anderson full mod drag chassis that is ifs. It has a 120hp rotax twin in it and I think its roughly 15 yrs. old. This sled is clean enough to eat off and is stored properly. It comes with many extra parts also. I am wondering what this thing is worth...Just some general figures would be helpful. I think the guy wants around 4000 for what he has and I wanna know if thats fair or not? Thanks for the help....Nick.

I paid $3000 for a Anderson with a Crankshop twin Rotary valve motor, have since sold it again for $3000, but with a triple Decker 1000.

Hello Nick,
I'm guessing that we are talking about a 454 motor? That is even light for a mod 440 now days. I saw a really nice earlier anderson chassis go with a pretty hot 440 mod set-up in the twin cities area for $1,800 with extras. That was probably a pretty good deal, but I don't think is was worth much more than somewhere around $2,200 to $2,400. The sled you are looking at would have to be realy special to be worth that in my opinion. Proably plenty at $3,000!
For what it's worth! Shaun
