.....but they were not on snowmobiles. It looks like some idiots really tore thing up with 4 wheel drive trucks in the stretch between Jackson and SR23. Atleast it looks like we will have some melting and then maybe some new snow will smooth things out.

Edwardsburg trail?

Buffalo Run. I saw 4x4 tracks just south of SR2 because someone ran there sled in the irrigation ditch.

These were more than just to pull out a sled. They were doing circles from the ditch south of Jackson all the way to SR23. They were worse just before the woods at SR23. The tracks were not just those of someone driving in a straight line. My guess is a bunch of kids "off roadin".

Hummm.......I saw the same 4x4 tracks that Tony did and also saw where the sled had been down in the ditch. What is the protocall on this? If I see someone on the trial with a ORV or 4x4 what do I do? Besides give them an ear full (if I'm with adults of course).

Seems I was the only one who rode down to SR23 yesterday afternoon.

We had a group ride Saturday. I made it to the the ditch bank and ran into another club member heading north. He told me about the tracks but didn't get to see them myself. As far as ORV's on the trail, you can give them an earful if you want. When we were at the fall DNR trail meeting, I asked them if we could be deputized so if we catch unlawful people on the trail we can do something about it. Of course I said shoot them but they told me no. Dang! Those tracks happened sometime after 10:30 Friday night. There was another ride that night and the ones who went home that way said they weren't there at that time.
