Thats what we do mostly. We head back in around 1030 or so before everybody else. Get a quick sub and gas and go. It is nice once and awhile too have a nice sit down meal though. I have never waited that long though. Prob like 30 min or so. Thats not too bad. Must of been short handed.

Every establishment can have a bad day. I try to give an eatery a couple of tries before I publicly drop the bomb on them for poor service.

Exactly, I have eaten there plenty of times. Sometimes it's 15 min or 30 35. Depends how busy they are. It's not like concord or manchester where you have a Resturant on every corner up there!! Get there earlier!!

I agree with you also. Especially in this case. Tracy's Hillside Grille is a brand new business here in Pittsburg and they only opened a month or two ago. They are still trying to get their act together. It takes time to get a brand new business up to speed, so cut them some slack this season if you have to wait on those really busy days on the weekends.
I have been there a few times and the food is very good and reasonable. The French fries are very good since they use fresh oil every day. A lot of restaurants use the same oil over and over and it makes the fries dark and have a burnt taste, which I hate.

I ended up at Tracy's last night about 5:00 looking for some overdue rental clients who I found there having dinner, joined them, ordered a meal, ate and was out of there all within 45 minutes. The place was almost full and had literally no wait at all, food was great and service was super.

well, there's no such thing as bad publicity. now everyone who didn't know about them will want to stop in and see what they are all about.
Dave is by far in my oppinion the cleanest and best cook with more than fair helpings, With the best attitude cook/ owners in that neck of the woods. His wife and even her mother have wonderfull attitudes for being from south of the border, I will eat there everytime I feel like it. We don't care what anyone else thinks as even the floors are spotless. I f you don't have anything good to say learn to keep the bullshit to yourself. Or better yet pitch in and help..

I have eaten there at least once each of the last 3 weekends and both the food and service were great. We went there to eat on Sunday night again and they were out of food. My wife and I both congratulated them and proceeded to go down to Indian stream and ate. The point is that you are in the middle of nowhere and you take the good with the bad.
IE: Young's was out of milk and bread for most of the holiday weekend but I wouldn't come on here and bash them for it..Hell..I was happy they still had beer.

I get that, but when your eating your soups and salads and the waitress asks you to move after you have ordered and you already started to eat that's a little rude. and they were disorganized. The food was good.
