does anyone know what would be a good solution for a tach on the iq shift
polarispaul
can you post apicture of your guage cluster? any 6 pulse tach would probably work just need fitment.

You could maybe get a gauge cluster of off a Fusion. Do the IQs have a tach? I rode a preproduction IQ 600 HO a couple years back that just had a speedo and the warning lights, but no tach. When I asked the Polaris rep about it, he commented that their market research showed that most people dont care if they have a tach, so they got rid of it to save cost.

I can't believe they would think that. A tach is such a good tuning tool and tells you a lot about what your sled is doing.

That is why it cost less? I am sure it can be bought from polaris.
By the way My wife does not care if she has one.

I was told @ the dealership where my sled come from was A tach cost 80.00 bucks, well I guess a guy would go that route and not have the speedo,I have not really looked to see how the hook up would be, does any one have any idea!!! thanks
