I have seen the Polaris handguards and I am not sure if I like them. I have Powermadd guards on my 500 and really liked them. I would like to see what everyone is using? I like having the ability to put the small mirrors on the Powermadd units. I will need them this year since the wife is going for her first real trip and I need to see what she is doing back there. I usually ride at the end so I never have to worry about seeing what is behind me.
Post pics, especially of the Rox or Powermadd mounts. I need to decide in the next couple weeks.
By the way, mine are going on an 07 Dragon.

Black chrome powermadds with the mirrors. Can't see too much other than a headlight. But at least you know someone is there, and it beats turning your head all the time.

I have the polaris one's.I was going to get some power madds for my dragon because they look better but the poo one's offer a lot more protection so I'm going to saty with them.On my last couple sleds i have had power madds
i run the polaris ones and just use a wrist mirror.
Power Madd on both '06 Fusion and '07 IQ. No mirrors. Love em. Sorry, no pics handy.

Polaris ones, way better fit than powermadds.
Id make sure you get the Polaris mounts too. The Powermadd mounts will mar the paint on your handlebars and make them rust.
The Polaris mounts attach to your brake block with 2 long screws that replace the factory screws that hold your brake block on the handlebars and on the throttle side you get a replacement collar that replaces the factory collar on your throttle.
I used to have Powermadd mounts with Powermadd Star Series handguards on my '01 600 XC and recently I switched to Polaris mounts and I like the Polaris ones a lot better.
Im most likely going to replace the Powermadd handguards with Polaris ones pretty soon. Ive had the Powermadd hanguards 2 years now and they are already starting to fall apart. The inserts start to fall out every now and then due to the vibration. I used to not really like the Polaris handguards, but Im starting to warm up to them and I see that Polaris now offers various graphic kits that let you dress them up a bit.
