Cooke City isn't too far from Red Lodge but, I have heard it's not such a fun ride between the teo. Oh and you can only get there by sled, the pass is closed. I'm sure there will be snow, they have been getting lots more than last year so far. It's setting up to be a great year. We leave 7am tomorrow for Cooke city and the snotel says 73.6" on the ground! WOOHOO Have fun and be safe!

I have only been to Revelstoke, BC and Cooke. I have heard that it's not the best spot to begin in and that the Big Horns or Togwotee is a better place. I'm sure other ppl would know more places.
