Thinking about making a batch in the dehydrator this week.... Anyone have some suggestions? Need something new!

if you can get ahold of it..make salmon jerky. pretty much candy. or i would try something gamey like moose or deer, that's what i've used in the past.

buy some ohboy.

I have never made Jerky, but I will eat any kind you throw my way...........mmmmmmmmmmmmm
