I wouldnt think that your going to get many takers on this. Anyone can explore any VAST trail at there own pace anywhere or anytime,..and how far could you possibly go in a 2-3 hour ride??? Maybe if you had the machines for newbies to try out, but people who already own them,...

i tend to disagree you would be surprised as to how many i had ask about it and the amount of people that have done this already as me working for twin brook's there are people that don't know the system enough to trust there own navigation skill's out there i myself have recieved call's from guy's on the trail's that lost there way and i went out met them and returned them to there truck and tailer and as far as a 2 or 3 hour ride you can cover alot ground in that time i can leave twin brook's on my sled and be at somerset resevoir in less than an hour the 3 hour tour at twin brook's go's to the resevoir and back in 3 hour's with beginner's

Well, they say that theres a market for anything and everything, while I like getting lost on the trails, I guess some would be un-nerved by it, what kind of rates were you thinking?? (hell, for me, I would be happy to ride if someone just paaid fer my gas< hehehehe)

While I do think there is some demand for that type of service, I think its already being filled mostly by the tour service. 2nd, most people on this forum are Well established riders, hence the " Hardcore". Also, Woodford is a relativly small trail system, unlike the N.E.K. When I was very green, I was still able to go to Woodford, and easily find my way around without any trouble. Basically go north or south, and you find your way .

Also With GPS there is no fear of getting lost in the woods anymore. It might work if you offered Day trips or overnight trips. Like a Border to border Trip. You would have to cater to Wealthy out of state first time trail riders. Good luck!

Just thinking, something I have heard mentioned last few days that there is some demand for, is actuall Rental Sleds.
Tours are good for first timers, but I know of plenty of people with riding experiance, who for one reason or another, dont own sleds anymore. They would like to rent a decent snowmobile for a day or two, without a guide.

yes there is a demand for rental sled's not sure what it reguire's but will be looking into it but it would be pricey depending on the sled's as ligiud go getter's to fan cooled which it probably would be imo would be perfect(polaris 550 super sport's very reliable) I know they rent them up north fromm what i have researched so far.and as for a price i ride all the time and it would be really resonably priced around $75 to pay for gas and food for a day of seeing 100+ miles of trail's to going for the weekend or border to border ride's with lodging and so on all set up i know all the little small town's from the mass border all the way up to canada worked traveling the state for a few years and have rode practiclly all the trail's at one point of time i love new territory many of these town's you can ride right into your motel/hotel i think it would work
