Im planning a trip to somewhere in Colorado to do some powder riding. Anyone have and good suggestions for lodging and sled rentals?

There are a ton of places to ride there (as you probably already know). Mrs. Red is a Mod on here and she may have some suggestions for you since she's a local out there.

I've heard that Rabbit's Ears is a great place for powder and open riding. I love HCS but Snowest has the Rockies nailed when it comes to up to date info for powder riding. I would suggest talking to a few people on Snowest. In fact, i remember seeing a place near Durango that had ride out lodging and rental available there. Be careful, some of that stuff out there is steep and deep. Bring your avy beacon, shovel and patience.
