So if the belt is as high as it can go in the primary (without falling out) and as low it can go in the secondary (without hitting the center and spinning), what is that gear ratio (should be better than 1 to 1) ?

As I recall it should be around .83.. in overdrive

How fast would my 99 zrt800 go? Stock pig rich jetting from the factory, and doesnt have the update, Im also alight weight

24/39 = 1.63 x .88 = 1.43

Auggie figures are close. You could tweak them a bit up. My stock NSSR 98 zrt 800 ran 123.5mph in the 1/4 on asphalt with 23/40 gearing. It did have a bit more in it though. I did try some really weird clutching once, ran 20-39 gearing to 118 mph but you need a big over rev to get it there. The zrt motor just didnt have the grunt on the bottom end to pull this setup. But it worked well on other MFG brands with stout bottom end.
