Well, i just went out for a ride on my sled, got about 1/2 mile down the road from my house and you can see where someone shot a deer off the road. Blood spray eveywhere, and a 30-30 case laying in the middle of road.

I will be pissed if one of these POS people shoot a nice buck.

Anyone eles have poachers around there place?
I think its time to call the dnr and have them setup a robo deer to try and catch these fuckers.

I live on a long dirt road, only house on it, every city slicker in the world hunts there opening week, even caught guys on my property, last year caught a guy in all white with a doe he shot on my property, gut pile right next to the posted signs, he wouldn't tell us his name, so my brother and I followed his tracks in the snow to his truck, the cordless drill took care of all four of his tires, then we called the police, he played dumb, so did we, but never saw him again!!Good luck!!

We have had a problem this year with peoples hooting deer and justt leaving them.....It's such a waste and a shame people are doing this. Go shoot some paper targets ifyou want to blow off rounds

From what I have heard, the DEC officers near me have been on a mission.
They had their robo deer up and caught a bunch of people shooting from their cars.
Untagged deers, etc.
They also have been doing sled patrol too.

Good for them.

Last year, my dad caught a guy walking through our 3 lake lots we have for sale. It's only a 10 acre plot of land which butts right up to our main hunting area. He was "looking at the lots" with carhart bibs and jacket, an orange hat, and his rifle. He asked dad a few questions about the lots. Dad told him I was hunting just a few hundred yards away (which I wasn't). He appologized and drove away. What a retard to go walking through someone elses property with brown clothes on.

During the season this year, we had a someone shoot one not even 30yds from the end of our driveway. Basically right next our posted sign.

My dad went out there and chewed there ass. They said it was there kids first deer. What a great way to teach your kids how to hunt. Off the road, on posted land,near a house!

I have never caught a poacher but there are a few around my place because I have deterred them. The people would drive through the field I was hunting in many times. Some times the bastards drove right under my stand! Once they would see me they would take off like a bat out of hell! So you know they were up to something! Poachers
