i have read on another post that you can change the fuel mapping on a 98 zr efi for drag raceing if you blip the throttle 3 times before you hamme the throttle. I wuold like to know if this is true. Also does the mapping go back to normal after you let off from racing. Lastly I ahave a hot rod chip in the compute already, will this mapping change with this chip in it already?

Appreciate any info

thanks

I would call the chip manufacture and ask them. Most of the chips only change the low to mid range.

I read that in one of the mags when that sled came out in 98. It is suppose to work with the stock chip. However 2 of my buddies had that sled and could not tell the difference.
