rode a friend of mine's new yamaha apex. What a sick ride. The suspension was unreal. what a smooth ride and handled great. ride position was also great. I say this because I ride a xc 800 and always thought that was a great ride. Until now. want to get rid of it and get a new sled. What a difference a couple of years makes in the sled industry. Can anyone tell me how the new dragons or skidoo's compare in suspension, and, handling, over all ride. wondering because all the mags say polaris still has the competition beat in suspension, handling, and overall ride? Any input would be great. Wish we could test drive all these sled before we bought one!

I know what you mean. The difference from my 2003 ZL 600 to my friends 07 600 CFI was crazy. Dad just picked up a new F8 loves the ride and handling. Says the best he has ever ridden. Another option for you.

If you want to ride the new sleds you can over in NH in the spring. You can ride all makes around a short course. It is probaly a few miles over some diffrent terrain.
