I sent a certified bank check to Jay Shuster HCS Member name: Cole and he never sent the engine I purchased. Come to find out from other members, another member was taken for $150.00 for carbs he never recieved and now he doesnt and answer his phone#'s So heres all the information I have on them. Beware dont send any money to these names or Address. They are scamming people on this site.

police called sunday 1/06/08 they talk to Shuster face to face. they told him he until the end of the month to pay back the money or charges will be file for larceny and fraud.

Did you call the police in your juristiction or his?
I have the same problem with HCS member 2002Silverex.
Paid him 3 months ago, acknowledged payment, and still no parts or money back.
Just lies, lies and more lies through pm's. He's to big of a coward to talk on the phone.
Any help would be appreciated as I have taken a few steps already.

Both mine and his. Both police department should work together, must file complaint with yours first, before you file get all your stuff together (phone #, e-mails, names & dates etc...)

Just checking to see if you got your money yet?

I got my local cops involved yesterday and filed a report to pass on the
Barre Vermont police for the scammer Tyler Pepin.

Copy was real nice, he just had another guy scammed for over 6g's so he knew
how to handle it.
Will let you know how I turn out.
