Tried to run from guysborough to the back side of keppoch today but the windfalls got the best of me. The snow conditions were excellent (pushing snow with the bumper in places)but the trail is in need of some TLC. The sineage on the way back was good but trying to find my way to goshen was abit of a challenge even with a map. All and all it was still a great first run of the year with 127 kms on by the time I got back to the truck. If anyone else is going to to try the trail I would recommend bringing the chain saw.

lots of snow on loon lake road and I ran the 12 mile woods road from one end to the other (give er but watch the ice under the snow ) Friends of mine were down to the gas plant and said it was good going.
