I have a photo I took with my digital camera that I want to use as an avatar. It's way bigger than the 200x132 pixel max that HCS allows. I forget how to resize the JPEG (in this case) so I can upload it as an avatar. Any help would be appreciated.

Google Faststone Photo Resizer. That is the program I use. It's free and simple to operate.

Or if you want to...just use paint. Open the image, click image-stretch, then change the two 100% percents to something smaller like 50% to half size. That's what i did for mine...
