to bleed the coolant system just run it with the cap off the reservoir.

Check for coolant leaks as well.

Its possible your impeller is broken as well.

In my 01 mxz 800 adrenaline I had an impeller fry and it made a complete mess....2000$ later.....

its just a cheap arse plastic piece that fry's easy as heck...its not even quality plastic lol.

You have to burp your system.
With a cold sled, park it on a snowbank with the skis up, remove the radiator cap and let it idle. You have to let the thermostat open up. With the sled elevated, it allowes the antifreeze to flow through your heat exchangers and force the air to the resivoir with a removed cap, therefore letting the air go out. It took us a couple times with the same sled, so be patient.

I must ask though, why was it low.
Also, an old timer ski-doo mechanic said in his twenty years at his dealer, he has never seen a water pump fail on a skidoo. But, when they do, your motor will nut run very long because everything works off of the same shaft.
