does anyone know what the correct spark plug gap is? manual says to look in spec chart but i can't find any spec chart in the manual.

also, how much coolant does system hold? no mention in the manual that i can find.

have read a lot about burping the coolant system on fill. do you just lift the front end some to do this? and is this to try and get the air out of the rear coolers?

finishing up an install of BB 800 on my sled.

thanx.

plug gap is .028-.031
entire system holds less than 2 gal. if you just did a top end you should still have most of the coolant in the system. fill the bottle, run it to operating temp keeping an eye on the coolant level, shake the sled around, add coolant as needed, rip it, add coolant, repeat.
the spec chart they are talking about is in the service manual not the owners manual.

The spec sheet comes in the zip lock bag that holds the manuals, and warranty card, black and white single sheet of paper.
