Anyone have 136 to 144 rail ext. plus a 2" 144 track? I am changing my set up for Togwotee riding early Jan. Has anyone done this? I hear its a pain to swap tracks with diamond drive.

Personally, I think it is really easy changing out the diamond drive. I had mine in and out in 45 minutes...that included taking out the rear suspension and it was my first time swapping out the diamond drive. One thing is to change your fluid as long as you have it taken out. Get the flush so you make sure it's good and clean. If you have any questions, just reply there are a ton of tech guys on this site to ask questions. Good luck!

Thanks man. I guess I can kill 2 birds with one stone this way.

Just be aware that you need a new brake nut and a brake nut wrench ($25) to do this. Also need 120# of torque on the nut.

^^^ Not completely true....yes, if you take the shaft and rotor apart......No if you just move the track around the shaft.......It's the way I did it. Not too hard, just helps having a second set of hands.
