Do you have a second home or rental property in NH. If so Nationwide will give you decent priced coverage with a residency waiver. I just bring in my tax bill and fill out that my sled is used principably in NH. I live in Mass. as well. I insure an 800 and a 440 with trailer for around $500.00. Full coverage with $500.00 deductable.

I got a fantastic rate from Bernier Insurance in Rochester, NH. Google it for a phone number, I searched everywhere last year for a good rate based on a post from on here and found nobody cheaper.

Not nessasary. The tax bill is proof of your non resident residence. It is kinda like if you have a boat trailer at camp. You can register it in NH. even though you live in Ma. It is used and principably garaged in NH. It has nothing to do with your place other than offering proof of its existance. Like I said you will just have to sign non resident waiver and give them a copy of your non resident registration. I have been doing this every year since 1996

Thats what I do. I have my travel trailer on it. Resulting in Camp in NH. The agent tells me it is legit and had a claim last winter with no problem. I brought sled to place in Salem NH. and they gave me check on the spot. Outstanding service in my opinion.Send me a PM if you have anymore questions.
