NWRA is no more. The new circuit is Ultimate Canadian Snowcross Association (UCSA) - http://www.ultimatesno-x.ca/

no offence to u.c.s.a or anything but there tracks really sucked and i think every one who races there should just spend a little extra money and race w.p.s.a mn state regionals or i guess i.s.o.c mn state regionals. most of the tracks where ovals and the jumps had big rounded faces with no landing especialy the tabels ... and when ever the track started to get good like the whoops would get bigger so you could double or triple them jake came out with his big fancy groomer and flatend it all because his +45 race was coming up lol

WPSA OUT, ISOC IN

If you haven't heard already, we'll tell you now. The company that brought you snocross racing the last decade (WPSA) is no more. We do not have any details, but we do know that WSA (the hillcross and ice racing circuits) are not affected. A newcomer or rather a classic-comer in the industry will be bringing snocross racing to you this next season; ISOC. ISOC is an older name in snowmobile racing, but they have a vision to bring new and exciting times to the sport. Their National schedule is already planned and their website is up and running (www.isocracing.com). ISOC has been endorsed by an assembly of the race teams who have grouped together to ensure the growth of our sport.

The circuit's National tour will likely travel to familiar sites such as Duluth, Minnesota; Vernon, New York; and Shakopee, Minnesota. A regional tour will also run in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan. ISOC is led by John Daniels who ran a cross-country circuit in the 1990s under the same banner. Currently he produces the tv show Sled Head 24/7 and last year was the lead promoter on the $100,000 AMSOIL Triple Crown. Just as the original ISOC did, the snocross circuit will emphasize larger paychecks to the riders and competitive racing for the fans. We’ll let you know more information as we get it in.

Really, nice of you to mention names. We all have an opinion. Have you ever built a track? Two ovals that was all...and I do believe that W.P.S.A grooms regularly. Doesn't U.C.S.A just groom one time, at intermission. Most of the sport thru pro racers were jumping the triple....go faster jordan. Maybe express your opinion in person to the U.C.S.A president, Jake. Walk in his +45 shoes. By the way it was stated in Snowweek that the U.S.C.A tracks were the best tracks, by Blair Morgan Racing and Boss Racing.

I second that, Raced my first snocross season there, Even though i havnt raced any WPSA events, i have to say the tracks were great, Not once did i hear anyone complaining, All around i think for there first year, Usca put on a amazing circuit to race in, and i cant complain.

Even though Jake is an old bugger, he puts in a serious amount of time and effort in to building a track along with all the extra help, and im sure it costs a bundle to do it. If your so unhappy with the track im sure he would except your bitching as an offer to help build one that also conforms with the map that the insurance co provides for safety!! Gene.
