I would say his price is pretty close for a 600 from looking at the traders and on line,if its as clean as he says I'd say its worth a little more,you might get a 550 touring from 06 for that price but not a 600!

not to stir stuff but 07 and 06 trail touring 550's are going for 4700. That is what the wife wants. I want her to get a liquid. And that is the cheap ones.

UH I Think the 550's are FAN cooled fine for trails but other wise have low horse power and gutless. That 600 will rocket and it's liquid cooled even the brakes are liquid cooled, well worth paying more for.

Yep big diff between them,believe me after having a touring liquid ,you would never waste your time with a rental quality 550
