They are a ton of fun. Very capable in the deep and steep for what they are especially if you 136 them like mine. I rode one with just the 440 and it obviously needed more power. They jump well but until you revalve the shocks they will kill you on the trail. I like a lot more with the low comp 660 motor than I did with the high comp 600 mod

just like he said, they are alot of fun. ive had mine for almost three years now and love it. BUT without some work, they are going to be a dissapoint for most. i am nowhere near close to trail converting mine. stock they ride like a 2x4 on the trails, and are decent in powder. the 440 is pretty fun for what its got. after some ride time i can feel the itch for a 600 though. at the minimum you need big tank, low comp heads, and depending on the year some shorter spindles and the shocks revalved. this is minimum. this chassis is awesome as far as what it can take and i think the looks are sweet.

My IQ is not trail converted. Well I threw on a big tank and revalved the shocks. Other than that is is still race ready. They are in my opinion the toughest chassis out there, that is why I bought mine. (ramps).
If we ever get some snow you can try it out and see if it is something you would like to own.

07 would be 5500$ it has extroverts, rox running board grips and a studded stock track. Has 10 hrs on it. Its a 440.
08 one would be 7800$, the mod would be 8900$, Thats what I paid for them, they are still in the crate.
But this is all depending on my leg, if I can ride im keeping my sleds.

I wrecked my dirtbike this summer and had my calf muscle seperate from the bone. They re attached it but I tore 2 of the pins out boarding. It was either hurt my leg or get knocked down the side by a avy.... I choose to hurt my leg.

Think a IQ would still be to stiff on the trails, even with a 240# rider?

Go with an iq! i love them i just picked up the 4th one, i had a 05, two 06's, and now i got the 08 which is stiff as hell, but once i get a re-valve it'll be good for the backcountry. I'll be in Turny this weekend, so if i see ya up there you can try it out, i'll be in a black chevy ss pickup. good luck and hopefully the weather forecast changes!
