Not at Fabyains. Start to drive uo the cog road and when you get to that intersection where you can take a left to go up Jefferson Notch Rd. Back your trailer right across the street on the other unplowed road. We had fun.

From what I understand It's going to be in the mid 30's to lower 40's today and rain up there. Was in Jefferson all weekend. Sucks. I hope it turns into snow somehow.

They don't teach kids to read maps anymore, they're taught how to input GPS co-ordinents. God forbid it gets cloudy out or they go into a tunnel, they'd never be able to find their way out!

HELLO. JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE SNOW DOESN'T MEAN THE TRAILS ARE OPEN.
Guys I don't mean to rain on your parade but our trails here in NH don't open until December 15th (STATE LAW). Our clubs spent endless hours to get landowners usage permission and those agreements are very fragile. Stuff like this jeopardizes our agreements and can and usually does lead to closed trails.
See the sites below.
http://www.twinmtnsnowmobile.org/see trail conditions. All closed.
http://www.pittsburgridgerunners.org/see trail conditions. All closed until Dec 15th.
ALL SNOWMOBILE TRAILS IN PITTSBURG, NH
ARE CLOSED UNTIL DECEMBER15TH; IF THERE IS
ENOUGH SNOW AND THE NH BUREAU OF TRAILS AND
THE LANDOWNERS AGREE TO ALLOW THE CLUB TO OPEN THE TRAILS!

Alright guys here is the deal directly from TMSA.
My email to TMSA.
Hi TMSA,
I heard a couple of guys saying they were already riding in
twin. Your trails aren’t open till the 15th are they? Thought that was a
state reg and part of the landowner agreement.
Thanks, Tim
Response from TMSA
Hello,
Our trails do not open until 12/15 also snow permitting & all gates are down
but some people know certain ways to get on the trails in the National
Forest. If there is not 6 inches of snow on the ground & they get caught
they will get a ticket. In town trails are closed & gated so they do not
ride there.

The ONLY reason Dec 15th means anything in NH is b/c that's when Hunting Season is over for good...so in areas that have no applicable hunting, like Twin Mtn...as long as there is enough snow, 6", than you can ride as soon as it hits the ground as long as you are registered. Just make sure you don't screw off there b/c F&G live there at this time of the year b/c it gets all the action.

Taking the day off Wed and going to Twin with a couple of guys to get a head start before the weekend gang. My attitude is the way the weather has been the last few years you gotta take it when it's there!! I've never had an issue with F&G in Twin before the 15th or in P'burg after April 1st.
