check out my club website at www.nysnowmobilers.com

I put together club trips and post them on our website, join our club and I will add you to our email loop.

Have trips planned for Bancroft, Ontario St Zenon, Quebec, Tugg Hill-NY, Moosehead Lake and Caribou Maine.

The International Snowmobile Fesitval the first weekend in Feb in Madawaska is always a blast.

Also have a trip booked to Keystone, Co for Feb 8-17th.

Will also do Bernards (Safari) going north or a Gaspie loop in March.

Next year looking at Cain's Quest or a Quebec City to Goose Bay Labador round trip.

indytrailmike, PM me about riding in QC.

Jackstraw
So did you get to go yet? I may be looking for someone next week, maybe tues to Fri. or sat
Dkarwh
Hi Mike, I never got your PM. I am also looking for someone to ride with. The guy I usually ride with is opening a restaurant and I have a feeling his riding time is going to be limited.

I like to ride off the beaten path where the trails don't get beat up so bad and you don't have to worry what's coming around the next corner. Have been most everywhere in QC, prefer the south side, Bas St Laurent. Discovered N Brunswick last winter and had fun riding there. Another pass but what the heck, I can sit home all summer and count my money!

Went around the Gaspe last winter and the north side was terrible. Way to many sleds out there. Had to make reservations for the next night the day before. Went into Mont St Pierre, had 5 rooms rented with a credit card and ended up getting 2, (weren't sure I was coming) was the excuse. They turned away over 200 people that night.

Also got talked into a group of 12 for the ride after I said I would never ride with more than 4. Had way to many problems with sleds that supposedly were checked over before they left home. Pretty much ruined the trip, I'll finish the story later if your interested.

Anyways, my van is being fixed at a Dodge dealer and should be ready tomorrow if the storm doesn't delay parts.
I wanted to get another ride in before Xmas. If that doesn't work out I am going back up the day after Xmas until whenever.

I like to stay at inexpensive motels that are clean. The big, high priced places with all the amenities don't do much for me. I go up to run my sled. Usually ride 200 or so miles per day but have been over 500 a few times. With the price of gas this year I think 200 is a good number.

If your interested let me know, we will make some plans.
