Hey guys,
sorry about posting off topic but i didn't see a forum for apparel or clothings so I figured I would post in my own neighborhood. I am looking to buy a new set of boots this year but I don't know what i want to buy i am looking at a set of wolverine boots that are 800 gram thinsulate and are waterproof (very light). but i was told that the mesh type (hunting) boots are cool in the wind they allow alot of wind through to the feet. I was just wondering if anyone wears a pair of boots that have the same breathable type mesh exterior. If anyone dose do your feet get cold while u ride or is it a myth. If it would be a stupid idea to get those boots dose anyone have any ideas on what would be a good buy on a set of boots. i don't want huge and bulky and i don't want really stiff.

any input would be greatly appreciated

I bought a pair of Klim gore tex boots last year and am very happy with them.

X-treme II boots from Polaris are the best all around boots for snowmobiling that I have ever used. They are warm and are not too bulky. They are good boots for a good price.

Trukke's rock. You will never get cold in them and they last forever.

The Klim Adrenaline boot is excellent.
