I have a 1994 polaris storm,i was just wondering if anybody has ever taken one of these to the mountains and came back with it?If so what mods did they do weight reduction air filters jetting etc.OKAY YOU CAN STOP LAUGHING ITS BEEN A GOOD SLED!!!!!! THANX.

I won't laugh at you! I had a 96 Storm and was very happy with it. It was not a long track, but it did well in the limited deep snow in MN. I have heard from those with the long tracks, that the Storm did well considering it's weight. I would say go give it a try, and enjoy the ride. Good sledding! polaris_rules.gif

Sorry i forgot to mention its a 136'' inch and half long track with a dg stinger 2"handle bar riser.
