Hi I just purchast a 07 apex is there any known problems with these ?

Depends what model. For the most part 07 had the kinks worked out. Some people think the monoshock is too soft and add a heavier spring. I have the 07 RTX and love it! No problems so far.

i heard they had somekind of problem with gas lines. My friends dad has one and he has to put a custom styrofoam box thingy over it so it wont freeze
