Looks like the first real snow for the NEK of VT. My early estimate = 4" to 6" with parts of Maine getting 10"! Plus, a couple of more storm threats over the next 10 days. As we say...stay tuned! -Gil

That's great news. We need the ground to freeze and we'll be in good shape!
I love those maps you posted last year showing accumulation amounts for various areas. I printed them out in color and put them up in the office.

I don't know.... Gil looks like the GFS and European models are waffling on storms.....
How come none of those kids on the weather spot you did at noon today liked snow!

I just got home after a hellish day and this just turned it around for me.......
only bad news is I won't be at my new camp enjoying it due to the hubby hunting down
here in southern vermont.

I've got snow on my car right now...
I got an email from accuweather saying 4-9" of heavy wet snow for the area.

That is great... I literally have the windows open down here in the flatlands and shorts on. Where about are you in Vt? Somebody from Coles Pond said they changed at 12:30 to all snow.

Still all rain here in Lunenburg VT, temp is down to 38, hope to see a few inches here so we can track some deer tomorow..

Lamoille County...towards the North. Where I work we're at a pretty high elevation and it's not snowing any more. The snow has melted off my car but we've been stuck in a ton of fog all day.
