If anyone is looking to make it to both the PET ride and the HCS ride we may be able to work out a deal with another resort for a discount rate we've already spoken with them about the weekend extravaganza, But we won't aproach them until we have some more commitments.
I for one am very excited to meet all the Ontario Hcs crew and I'm anticipating a a very memorable weekend.

My Uncle lives in Huntsville on the Muskoka river. Brunnel road I believe I'll send you a PM when I plan to head that way for a weekend maybe you can show me around the trails. I usually do a annual sled ride from Honey harbour to Huntsville then to Parrysound and back. Fun little overnight tour with the wife and another couple.

With the baby scheduled to arrive only a few short days before this ride there is NO chance I can be riding that weekend. Plus I am in the same position as Spiderman with my sled being further north.
However - perhaps if I am super supportive in the delivery room I might be able to make it up for a drink and meet all the other HCSers.
Congrats on getting something organized and best of luck to the PET event!

Hey Slider, interesting suggestion, and one I appreciate, i'm definetly going to give this some thought.
Just so you know, for us it would be "on" our trailer, not "in", I've never invested in an enclosed as of yet because the one, maybe 2 times a year I use a trailer, if that, would be a waste of money for me.
I try to avoid trailering as much as possible.

It is "on" for me as well....when you own a cottage with decent riding close by...the budget is not there for travelling all over to ride...I have 2 place open as well...spends more time making dump runs in the summer that trailering sleds anywhere....it's been to Kirkland Lake and Tug Hill NY a couple of times tho...

Or, you could drive north the weekend before the event, load, come to my house (15 min from hwy 11) drop off sled - and trailer if you wish - in a very secure, well lit garage. Drive home, come to our place the next weekend, pick up your sled, ride, drop your sled back off at our place and the next weekend take both sled and trailer back to the cottage
For even more convenience, I'll meet you on hwy 11, hook your trailer to Bubba (our dually) and bring it home for you.

They are
1. we don't have our on call pager rotation for 2008 yet, so don't know

Well Mazda, i only hope we get snow around home so I can do that. I may have to leave it unstuded this season since it's a fair bit of road running. I don't really sled at night though.
