I have a 97 ZRT800. 6500 Miles. I unfortunatley installed a set of hammertimes which exploded causing clutch damage, secondary damage, hole in belly pan,and caved in footrest..From the belt. I have installed a New clutch, a used secondary, replaced the jackshaft bearings (hammers F@$#%d them up to). Finally got a chance to ride. I have a strange vibration through the drivetrain at about 6000rpm, and 35 mph. If you go fast it diminishes but the sled just doesnt feel the same.. I do not think the crank is bent, if you take the belt off it revs great with no vibration. All the bearings are new. Maybe the used secondary is bad??
HELP!!!
Thanks

See if you can borrow someones secondary and try to narrow down the problem. I've seen some out of balance secondary clutches cause bad vibrations. Hope it helps. Cheap way to find out.
