I pulled the heads on my 00 ZR700 to replace head gasket and need the spec on tightening the bolts, I heard 23-26ft lbs? Also what is the procedure for bleading the coolant system after replacing the o'rings in the heads?

Cylinder head 13-20ft-lbs
As for the bleeding I would recommend elevating frontend a foot, run till thermostat opens and draws down level in the resevior, then refill, Go for short putt and recheck.
I personally like the above mentioned method.
There are many methods out there.
Some people like the rocking it from side to side tactic.
