New York's 21-17 win Sunday on Fox was watched by 40.1 million people. It was the largest audience for this round since 42.7 million viewers tuned into the Cowboys-Panthers game Jan. 5, 1997.

I thought I would remind all the Cowboys fans that they lost that game in 1997 also! While I'm at it I'll remind you that they lost to the CARDNIALS the next year and they haven't won a playoff game since 1996.

Very funny i like it. As for the 1st superbowl and the cowboys loosing it thats fine because nobody barely remembers it. As for this superbowl if the giants lose it will be talked about for years to come because the patriots will be undefeated and you know they will always rembember the giants for letting that happen. Hey Joe, apparently there are a lot of knucklehead fans that like the Giants and the Patriots better than the cowgirls. Superbowl XLII was the most watched SB in history and the second most watched TV show in history!
