It seems that there are so many options and opinions on clutching an 07 crossfire 8. Some say the shift assist sucks some say its great. Some are converting over to the torsional spring and some have adjustable weights. I'm really leaning between D&D and Black magic. Bikeman may have the best set up but who the f wants to screw with adjustable weights when all most of us want is decent clutching that we can forget about on the trail. IMO those adjustable weights are great for the guy who is never happy. My decision would be made easier if I knew what dd and black were using for a set up or just what the max rpm they clutched them for was. Most guys say 7400 to 7600 is where the power is.
I guess my question is what kit would you try. Personally I hated my clutch kit on my f6 last year from dd, therefore I am leaning towards black. However I have a $50 gift certificate to dd!!!!

Also I took apart my clutch today and found one of the weights had been cutting into the side of the spider anyone else have this problem with a sled with under 700 miles?
