The factory Temp gauge fits and looks good. All my ZR's and ZRTs since 1994 have had the gauge installed. It is amazing after having the gauge in your your sled for awhile, just watching how the different snow "characteristcs"-grainy or fluffy/dry or wet-- will make your sled run hotter or cooler by as much as 30 degrees. snap

I just bought and installed 1639-217 on my 2000 ZR700. Extremely easy install. Make sure you measure right, its a tight fit. Pretty sure it cost me 119.00 plus tax.

Did the gauge install into the coolant line with a coupler?
If so does the instruction sheet show a part number for just the coupler?
I'm looking for just the coupler but having no luck.
Dealer could not locate the part number just for that part. He found everything else though.

The sensor T's into the hose with a coupler block. Those are available individually thru HPE (Hiperf.com). snap

111.95 also sounds familiar. Like I said it was somewhere around that price. I bought a few other things at the time. Speedo light bulb and something else.
