After waiting for parts, I finally got all the repairs on the sled done this week. Replaced the rear axle, spacer shaft, inner rear idler wheel, plastic spacer bushing, and idler wheel bearings. The rear axle on the sled looked bent when I was trying to remove it a few weeks ago, so I cut it off and ordered brand new parts. Luckily that only ran me $30. I threw on the new Woody's 6" doolys this morning. Should be sweet. Good thing I swapped them out, since the old 4" carbides were flat and had a nice chunk taken out of one side. Checked the track alignment. Sled turned over great. Track ran straight and no squeaking. Ran her across the driveway with no problems.

All we need now is some snow.
