I'm working on a 1996 zrt 600. I had to pull everything off the engine because it was flooded with water. I got all the water out of it and it runs but I can't figure out the firing order. All the plug wires are the same length. There are 2 coil packs on it. 1 has 1 spark plug wire the other pack has 2. Both have 2 wires going into it. The cylinder on the clutch side has a #1 stamped next to the plug hole the other 2 have #2 stamped there. The pistons don't come up at the same time. I switch the plug wires from both the cylinders that have a #2 stamped on them and it runs the same.
Am I missing something or is this how they run?
Thanks.

All three spark at the same time. You can put any wire on any plug
