A little while back we took my atv in for service and was appalled at the service or lack of due to the incompetant staff at Prentice Powersports in Minden. The bike was never repaired and parts were missing after it being there for three weeks. We took the bike to our dealer here at home and it was ready in two days and running as good as new. We ordered the parts that were missing and sent a letter and invoice to Prentice and received an apology and a cheque for the parts. Paul who owns Prentice is a decent guy and it"s unfortunate that this happened and hope he does some inhouse sweeping. Hats off to Paul!

They are still a POS dealer as far as i'm concerned!! Have had my own bad experience there and i give them the finger every time i drive up and down 35.

Everybody has good and bad experiences with dealers. It is hard to keep good staff.
So here is my little story. Bought my first machine from Paul in 72--no it was his dad. There is no time over the 30 some years they have let me down.Phone him at home when you net aloner. whats that grey thing out the back--doo you want it for the weekend--ok what is it. well can't tell ya.My 97 triple had three crankbearings and cranks and a case over three years and I only paid shop labour cost on the third one.
Is there better dealers--probably is there worse you bet

I think things were good when Stretch was working there it seems alot of bad stuff is being said since he left a few years back. I don't really know I haven't dealt there in some time so it may be coincidence.
