Did a search and can't find the post to make sure. I'm going to clean my carbs this week-end and stagger the jets in my 04 ZR 9...430 PTO and 440 mag is what I'm going to go with and I want to make sure that is correct. I run between 0-2000 feet and have stock pipe and can with a tempa flow. Any comments ? What should I expect with this set up? Thanks!

Found the old thread...looks like 430 PTO and 440 mag is the way to go...still wondering about what changes I'll see.

In my sled it balanced out the EGT readings.

I'm 99.9% sure you will not see or feel anything. Sled Head had egt's to watch and I'm thinking that they were not to far off to start with. One size is not all that much at WOT and even less below that.

Agreed...............didn't feel a thing either positive or neg about it / even switched the probes side to side to confirm it could use one jet richer.

jet for what your sled needs
usualy from cat you can go down 1 to 2 sizes from the factory
but either way you still need to check every thing out
do a wide open throtle pull hit the kill and then check the plugs and piston wash do a half throtle pull and do the same thing
as for the tempaflow you need to get your sleds carbs where they need to be before you put that on there
it compensates for the different temps or altitude or both depending on what unit you have
well any how gl with your sled
